WEEKLY GROUP CLASSES
Intro to AIR (adults - beginner/foundational)
A great introduction/foundational aerial hammock class. At three feet off the ground, you'll condition, strength train, climb, spin, learn various poses, and explore movement and self expression in the hammock with music. A great class to develop and strengthen your vocabulary and aerial foundation. New students must first take an introductory private lesson before attending a class.
Aerial ChoreAIRgraphy (adults-intermediate/advanced)
Over the course of 4 weeks, we work on a choreographed aerial routine in the aerial sling, building upon different sequences each week. This is for the intermediate/advanced aerialist looking to aim higher and work on storytelling, musicality, more fluid transitions, self-expression, and further developing their own aerial dance style.
